You Might Not Be Stuck
You Just Might Need Traction
Have you ever had a time when you knew something meaningful was missing from your life? And you can’t figure out why that is?
You’re still doing what you always have. You know that you are more than just capable.
You know you work hard. You know you are persistent.
But something isn’t happening the way it once did. So, you dig in and try even harder.
Sometimes the problem isn’t effort.
It’s like when you’re driving down a muddy road and get stuck.
You press the gas and the wheels spin.
You push harder.
You try every trick you know.
But the car doesn’t move.
The problem isn’t the engine.
The problem is a lack of traction.
Life works the same way.
Many of us find ourselves held back by a collection of subtle forces that slowly erode our confidence and direction.
· Self-doubt.
· Procrastination.
· A harsh inner critic.
· The habit of comparing ourselves to others.
Over time those patterns begin to shape our decisions.
We stop pursuing ideas we once believed in.
We hesitate when action is needed.
And eventually we begin to wonder why life isn’t unfolding the way we once imagined.
I’ve experienced those moments myself.
And after years of exploring how people break out of those cycles, I created a simple framework to help people regain momentum.
I call it The Traction Method.
The goal of the method is not dramatic overnight transformation.
Instead, it focuses on something far more realistic:
A 1% shift in how we think and act.
Small changes in direction have enormous consequences over time.
When awareness improves, action becomes easier.
When action becomes easier, momentum begins.
And when momentum begins, everything starts to feel like it is possible again.
That’s the power of traction.
If you’re curious, I recently turned the method into a short practical course with a workbook designed to help people apply it to their own lives.
You can explore it here:

Self-Doubt takes many shapes and forms. It’s impact on our forward progress in life is huge.
In the course, it’s also a proxy for any of the obstacles in life.
You might not be stuck.
You might simply need Traction.
